Lobo Park and its Team – Lobo Park is a non-profit-making association dedicated to the research and study of wolves and education of dogs. Located in the heart of Andalusia, we offer students across Europe and members of the public to learn about wolves’ natural social behaviour. We have three different subspecies of wolves and a team with an outstanding passion for these majestic animals. Living in semi-wild habitats, we want to preserve the wolves’ natural behaviours. Therefor most of our wolves have never been touched by humans.
Our dedication to dogs gives people the opportunity to learn more about dog behaviour and to get a better understanding of nature. We are a small international team, openminded and people friendly, experienced in taking care of domestic and wild animals and perfect team players. The park has three main areas where all the action happens: a small refuge for domestic animals, a fabulous souvenir shop also offering snacks and drinks, and extensive wolf area.
Job Description and Requirement
Primarily we want to offer a part time job with the prospect of becoming full time. We are looking for somebody who is fluent speaking in English and in Spanish and capable of doing different types of guided tours in both languages. A basic level of reading and writing in Spanish and in English is necessary.
Someone who has some experience, is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and enjoys working around both domestic and wild animals. We need a team player with a flexible timetable, willing to work weekends and on national bank holidays. Good communication skills are essential. All team members must be capable of completing all the tasks necessary. We would like an individual that has a desire to offer good customer service to our visitors and not shy to speak in front of people. Amongst many other qualities, do you like working in the countryside, in both hot and cold temperatures? Then this is the job for you!
